WD6A: “Word.” This article describes the roots of racism inherent in the Davis-Bacon Act and the nature of the negative impact that Act has on employment of Black Construction workers. The net effect of the act on Obama’s jobs bill is to ensure that few to zero unskilled and non-union Black Construction Workers will be hired under it. Of course it does not take a rocket scientist to see the pay off to the white union bosses under the name of the Jobs Act. Obama appears to be the “Uncle Tom” here.

You’re right to highlight the negative impact Barack Obama’s spending bill has on the employment of Americans. It’s typical of the divisive politics supported by celebrity politicians on both sides of the aisle, like Obama and Mitt Romney, to conquer the electorate in the name of our economy.
